Hi Everyone our featured speaker wasn’t able to come but we had a huge blast anyway. Our members spoke about their businesses in real estate and we had some newbies visit us also.

Our members own apartment buildings, rental properties, single and two family rentals, flip properties, rent student housing, and manage properties for themselves and others. We spent the whole evening talking about our endeavors and what we’d like to get into our future investments.

Hi Everyone, Another Jammed Packed Night of Information. We held a webinar in the meeting from Broad Financial. They had a unique approach to investing with your IRA. The title was “Checkbook Control: The Ultimate Tool for Using Your Retirement Funds to Invest in Real Estate”. Their approach is really unique. One way was by forming a LLC in your IRA and then opening an account that you manage through your IRA.

We also went over the new sprint benefit with the Community Buying Group.

Hi Everyone, we are coming up upon another meeting. We are having an exciting and interesting topic to many people. In parts of our country Oil and Gas Leases are a hot topic! Gregory May of Tompkins Trust Company is going to go over how these leases affect the properties surrounding them. These leases affect whether you can get mortgages, insurance, permits, etc. Mr May is going to address all of these special considerations.

Secondly, we are going review how our members can save money with our the new member paid benefit from the Community Buying Group.
